The people behind the magic

Chef Syed Mustaque

Chef Syed comes from a long line of talented cooks, learning family recipes from his mother that have been updated through the years. He started his career at Leela Kempinski in Bangalore and has worked with well-known brands such as ITC, Grand Hyatt, Crowne Plaza, Radisson, and Lite Bite Foods. With almost 20 years of experience, Chef Syed has also shared Indian cuisine internationally in places like Madagascar, Dubai, the USA, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean islands, thanks to Carnival Cruises.

Chef Abhijit Berde

Berde’s Signature Chocolate Torte
Chef Abhijit is a respected chef with significant accomplishments in the food industry. Since May 2022, he’s been a Menu Development Consultant for Air India, developing new menu ideas for both international and domestic flights. He co- founded Maverix Platforms, expanding it to three manufacturing sites with £4 million in yearly sales before it was bought by Curefoods. Earlier in his career, he was the Executive Chef at Kingfisher Airlines, where he helped the airline earn a 5-star Skytrax rating and create award-winning menus. He also consults for major airlines and catering companies worldwide, improving dining experiences.
