Chef Syed comes from a long line of talented cooks, learning family recipes from his mother that have been updated through the years. He started his career at Leela Kempinski in Bangalore and has worked with well-known brands such as ITC, Grand Hyatt, Crowne Plaza, Radisson, and Lite Bite Foods. With almost 20 years of experience, Chef Syed has also shared Indian cuisine internationally in places like Madagascar, Dubai, the USA, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean islands, thanks to Carnival Cruises.
